The Digilab Wesite has just been launched! It is a full flash website with astonishing graphics by Kaladen and a number of dynamic sections, which include built-in administration and media players. The site is totally google friendly (url rewriting, seo) and supports browsing history (Back/Next buttons). Check out the intro video!
KARTR Creative Brigade has joined the iVoltage team to fashion SideFlip’s final look. KARTR’s graphic minimalism and taste for black and white amplifies SideFlip’s zen vibe. Screen Shots are out here and to see other iVoltage/KARTR collaborations check out the new Digilab website.
iVoltage has returned to Brittany to complete the prototype of Sparks. This interactive tool for designers now supports dynamic texture swapping. Our trio also snuck off to visit Mt. St. Michel!
Why stay trapped in grey-Paris? iVoltage’s core development team took a road trip to Bretagne (France’s happening west coast) for some ocean side level designing, sun, surf and cidre drinking. Awesome house, maybe even our new secret lair for cutting edge new projects, like Touchstar.
The Sparks project, a revolutionary tool for rapid game design, is pushed to QA with its first demos to designers and game developers in Paris. Sparks will be the framework for all future iVoltage productions. This tool will change everything, wish I could say more.
The iVoltage team is closing in on the final stretch for the anticipated release of the iphone puzzle game SideFlip. New design, trippy chilled out music, and user generated puzzles thanks to an in-game editor are just a few of SideFlip’s new features.
The team met the guys from Reset tonight to reveal their current projects and establish the basis of a future partnership. Saïd & Jim have worked in video game companies such as Ubi Soft or Neko and on titles such as Ghost Recon and in post-production studios. Reset is thrilled by the idea of pushing the bounderies of an “old-gen” platform such as the iPhone and will be in charge of the design & artwork of some of our initial productions. I just can’t wait for our prototypes to be revamped!
